Avoid. I had an oil change and asked them to check tire pressure. Right after, one tire went flat, I look and see no cap on it. I called, and they said it was impossible the two could be related, and did not offer to cure it. They told me to tow it back, on my dime, to sell me a repair or replacement. I later called again and explained that I took it elsewhere where they told me that the valve stem had been damaged. He asked "why did you take it somewhere else?" then "have a good day sir" and hung up on me. This issue required me to walk one mile to my home late at night in February, another mile up hill the following day, cost for tow, and the cost for an extra repair. Bruce's Pit Stop told me that topping fluids is not included in an oil change, which is unheard of. Terrible shop.

Nope. I won't be going back. I got my oil changed on a Friday - the "better" option with full synthetic. Drove over 250 miles that weekend and my low oil sensor came on. Looked under the hood and checked to see the dipstick was dangerously low. Looked to my right and the oil fill cap was sitting on the ledge - completely off the fill! Oil had sprayed all over the engine block. (I should have checked to see if the drain plug was put back in.) Took it back the following Tuesday when they "fixed" everything. Topped off the washer fluid, too, which was not filled when I originally brought it in - even though this is "included" in the price. This mistake could have been a major engine issue. The owner gave me $10 off future services as an apology for the "inconvenience". Save it. I won't be back.

I went on a Saturday morning for the “better” oil change (only a few dollars more than the “good” oil change & includes checking all fluids). Service was so quick (less than 15 mins). I felt they were honest and straightforward & no part of me felt they were trying to scam or take advantage of me (a gal who pretty clearly knows very little about cars, lol). I’d been told by another auto shop that I’d have to get a part that costs hundreds of dollars replaced during my next oil change, and when I asked about it they reassured me that wasn’t the case, and that the part wasn’t necessary and I could just have it removed instead of replaced. They also checked my tires and removed a hanging hunk of metal that needed to be removed from my front bumper at no extra cost. The price was so reasonable and it was a huge relief. I am only in Ithaca short term, but my experience made me want to come back here just for my next oil change!!

These guys are awesome, they always get me in and are professional. I highly recommend them for all your car needs. 10/10
